Sound Bath with Kristen
Lay back and relax while the soothing vibrations of seven crystal singing bowls lull you into deeper levels of bliss consciousness.
PLEASE BRING a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag for your comfort and enjoy an hour of therapeutic and meditative rest. Cozy socks, water bottle and loose fitting clothing are also recommended. Whatever you need to fully enjoy the session by keeping your body comfortable while lying down. (You’ll be laying on a cement floor for approximately 60 minutes.)
As your host, sound practitioner and guide, I am honored to share this experience with you! Actual tickets will not be given - your name will be added to a list for check in upon arrival. There is free street parking on Livernois and the sound bath is located inside of the building behind the Witch House Tattoo studio. Follow the driveway and signs. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to find parking.
If you have hearing aids please remove them before the session. Unfortunately vibrational sound baths are not recommended for those with pacemakers.
