Harvest Festival on Livernois
Vendor Information
The Harvest Festival on Livernois is a community event created in 2022 to bring visibility to our local artists and small businesses and to inspire growth on Livernois Avenue.
Whether you are a seasoned art show pro or this is your very first, we welcome everyone to join us in the celebration.
This year, Harvest Festival is on September 27th, 2025.
Event Hours: 2pm - 9pm
Food Vendor Set Up: is 9am - 11am
Merchant Vendor Set Up: 10am - 12:00pm
Breakdown Schedule: 9pm - 11pm
Booth Fee is $200. A $100 deposit secures your spot once you’ve been confirmed.
Please specify whether you prefer space on Livernois (bring your own tent), under the Big Top tent or within Ferndale Project (inside space is very limited). Need special accommodations? Let’s talk. Text 248-660-0768.
Power will be provided by generators for street vendors and by outlets in the Big Top Tent and within Ferndale Project.
The barricades on Livernois will be closed at noon and they will not open again until 9pm. However, you are free to continue setting up if you are able to carry your items into the art fair area.
Parking for attendees and vendors will be marked on the day of the fair.
Restrooms with sinks are available at Ferndale Project and there will be several porta potties in the art fair area along Livernois.
Alcohol is permitted at Ferndale Project only. It may not enter the art fair area outside of the restaurant property.
